Privacy Policy

This is a straightforward explanation of what data Achromatic Forge collects, why, and what I do with it. Achromatic Forge is operated by Achromatic Websites, based in Enschede, The Netherlands. I'm a solo developer, no marketing team, no advertisers. I collect only what I need to make the service work.

1. What I Collect

Account Info

You must be at least 16 years old to use Achromatic Forge. When you sign in with Discord or Google, I get your email, display name, and avatar from the OAuth provider. That's it. I use this to identify your account.

Your Content

Everything you create (planets, solar systems, stellar maps, descriptions) is stored in the database. This is your stuff and it belongs to you (see the Terms of Service).

Payment Info

Payments are handled by Mollie. I store your Mollie customer ID, which tier you bought, and how much you paid. I never see or store your credit card number or bank details.

Server Logs

Basic stuff like IP addresses and request timestamps end up in server logs. I use these for debugging and security, not for tracking you. I don't run any third-party analytics or tracking scripts.

2. What I Do With It

• Run the service and give you the right features for your tier.
• Process payments and upgrades.
• Keep the service secure and catch abuse.

3. Who Else Sees Your Data

I don't sell your data. The only parties that touch it:

• Mollie - handles payments.
• My hosting provider - where the servers live.
• Law enforcement - only if you do something that actually requires it. I'm not out here volunteering your data.

4. How Long I Keep It

Your data stays as long as your account is active. If you ask me to delete your account, I'll remove your data within 30 days, unless I'm legally required to keep something.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• See what data I have about you.
• Ask me to fix incorrect data.
• Ask me to delete your account and data.
• Get a copy of your data.

6. Cookies

I use cookies to keep you logged in and to make the site work properly. No advertising cookies, no tracking cookies.

7. Changes

If I update this policy I'll do my best to let you know. Continuing to use the service means you accept the changes.
